The Graphic Design intern will assist in the facilitation of the organization’s communications strategy. Tasks will include: designing newsletters, creating social media graphics, assisting with website design and designing materials to promote CfJJ’s events and to support development efforts.
Examples Of Internship Tasks
Collaborate with the Development and Communications Assistant to create designs for digital and print materials (social media posts, newsletters, event flyers, etc.).
Assist with creating informational graphics using Canva for social media to highlight research and news related to youth justice advocacy.
Design graphics for our website, email campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
Work on special projects such as infographics, presentations, and promotional materials for events.
Anticipated Skill Sets
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in graphic design (Canva preferred)
Experience with video editing preferred
Experience with social media preferred
