Top 3 Skills Needed & Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Instructional Design: Ability to reorganize content into learning paths of varying expertise levels
  • Project Management: Utilize Agile techniques to coordinate progress, manage experts, and provide data analytics
  • Capability Development: Experience leading capability development projects, evolving competence models, assessment tools, and integrating capabilities into employee lifecycle events

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience as an Admin or Curator in learning systems
  • Familiarity with EdCast (LXP) and SuccessFactors (LMS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Learning Expert to lead the strategic initiative of the E&C Learning Hub and support the evolution of the EC Capabilities Model. This role combines responsibilities of Project Owner, Content Curator, Learning Hub Administrator, and Capabilities Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels to drive development and adoption of learning and development activities within the E&C community.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership:

  • Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business and E&C priorities
  • Work with assigned resources or experts to increase both the learning offering and the use of capabilities model by EC Community
  • Lead the planning and execution of the E&C Learning Hub – define new learning paths and events based on learning needs analysis
  • Work on the evolution of EC Capabilities model, assessment tool, and integration in employee lifecycle events


Content Coordination:

  • Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and develop relevant learning content
  • Decide on content creation or procurement (Make/Buy decisions) and align with global initiatives
  • Ensure content is aligned with the learning needs identified through assessment results


Content Curation:

  • Become a Learning Platform / LXP content curator to upload and organize content within the Learning Hub and to create comprehensive learning paths (training provided by Client)
  • Manage the content lifecycle to ensure materials remain current and relevant
  • Monitor and evaluate content effectiveness and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with learning team and follow the training standards


Learning Hub Administration:

  • Register events and manage participation records within the Learning Hub
  • Coordinate the technical setup and maintenance of the Learning Hub platform
  • Support users with technical issues and provide guidance on learning path navigation


Capability Model and Assessment Integration:

  • Evolve the capability model and assessment tool to meet the changing needs of the E&C community
  • Integrate the capability model and assessment insights into employee lifecycle events such as recruitment and development planning
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational processes


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within a corporate or E&C setting
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and content management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
