Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess the viability and potential returns of investment deals.
Deal Execution: Assist in managing the transaction process, including negotiations, structuring, and documentation of investment agreements.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational recommendations to enhance performance.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and investment committees, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
