About The Role
The Business and Management Group are recruiting a Professor in Innovation and Management with a focus on product innovation, entrepreneurship, business systems.
Our Business and Management group is home to over 70 academics and houses the Welsh Government funded; Intensive Learning Academies, in Value Based Health and Care and, the all Wales Innovation in Health and Social Care https://lshubwales.com/Innovation-ILA , and the IoN Leadership programme https://ionleadership.co.uk/ .
We Are Looking To Appoint a Dynamic Researcher As Well As a Committed Teacher In Innovation And Management To Make a Positive Contribution To The Life Of The Department. Experience Of Research Leadership And Internationalisation Activities Would Be Preferential For The Successful Applicant To Demonstrate As Would Expertise Demonstrated Through Research And Teaching In The Following Areas
- Product innovation,
- Entrepreneurship,
- Business systems

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
