- Passenger Service, customer service/Ticket agent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work arrivals and departures
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Willing to work weekends and some holidays
- Must be bilingual – English and Spanish required
- Provide proof of residency within the last 10 years
