Description

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead our internal and external efforts to promote our portfolio and strengthen our corporate culture, also driving our communications strategy. This role is also responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategies that enhance Invio’s brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Support the portfolio offering strategy, identifying target markets and the best methods to bring these products to the market (e.g., distribution, e-commerce).
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach and crisis communication.
  • Engage with third-party website developers and maintenance teams to optimize digital presence.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize future efforts.
  • Own internal communication activities including town hall coordination, internal newsletter, monthly department communications, community engagements, and social media efforts, to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
  • Plan and oversee marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be professional, proactive, and positive. Having a passion for exceptional customer service and support is a must. Being sensitive to the unpredictable demands and uncertainties associated with marketing and communications is a requisite to delivering superior results and exceeding the expectations of our internal and external customers.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content marketing, branding, and public relations.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, automation, and robotics is a plus.


EDUCATION

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
