Duration: 6 months to start Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Graphic Designer works within the Marketing team to execute strong design and marketing concepts for print and web that deliver high visual impact. This position will play a key role in executing the day-to-day design needs of the organization. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for editing print and digital marketing through the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently on schedule. Key Functions/Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing marketing communications for existing and new program lines, in some cases owning the end-to-end process
Responsible for updating all annual materials and trafficking them during busy open enrollment season
Ensures corporate identity and brand standards are maintained
Make files production ready
Ability to multitask and meet key deadlines
Translates complicated concepts to digestible content for our users
Manages own project timelines to hit deadlines established with requesters
Responsible for thinking across channels and developing design solutions that will work for both print and web
Works collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer and our vendors to print all marketing materials
Monitors and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders.
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications:Education:
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred
Experience Required:
Minimum of five years work in a similar environment

Exceptional attention to detail
Understanding of requirements for building production-ready files for both print and web
Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment
Comfortable in both print and digital design
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite- proficient InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and an understanding of emerging design technologies and trends
Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and working on a PC for all design work
Experience with photography, video editing, post-production and motion graphics a plus
Must have portfolio examples completed using InDesign
Experience using Asana or other project management system a plus
