Office Manager

Salary: $80,000 p.a. - $100,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger is working with a successful technology that uses an AI-enabled contract automation platform to empower legal and other business teams to accelerate the creation and completion of contracts and other forms. They are opening their first U.S office in Boston and are looking for an office manager with a background to join the team. The ideal candidate likes to problem solve, and no task is too small or too big, a mentality. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• To help make our US expansion successful by making the experience for our first US employees seamless
• Be the point of contact for the space and liaise with other offices
• Take and keep all documents that are needed for the US office to run smoothly
• Support with ad hoc projects
• Assist with general inquiries around benefits, payroll, compliance, and paperwork
• Manage the office space with all general upkeep
• Work with landlords and suppliers

Experience:

• Prior experience in an office management role
• Experience at a tech company
• Comfortable in a small office setting
• Strong organizational skills
• Worked at an international company
• Comfortable working in ambiguity as the office grows
• Huge plus if you have knowledge of HR and benefits
