About the Role:

We are looking for a Technology Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to help us translate business needs into powerful technology solutions in the Promotional Products Industry. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with external users and stakeholders, and improving business processes, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Analyze and document business & technical requirements.

✅ Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

✅ Optimize workflows and improve business processes.

✅ Support data analysis and reporting to enhance decision-making.

✅ Facilitate meetings, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a technology-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and process modeling.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or other project management tools is a plus.
• Bonus points for cloud computing, APIs, or BA certifications!
