- Strong proficiency in Python and React
- Familiarity with tools like Django, AWS, Spark, or similar frameworks
- Solid fundamentals in software engineering and CS principles
- Great communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Boston
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ML, LLMs, or building data pipelines
- Personal or open-source projects that demonstrate curiosity and technical ability
- Experience working in startups or early-stage environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for user engagement
Why Apply?
This is a unique opportunity to help build software that directly supports national priorities—while growing your career in a fast-moving, high-ownership engineering environment. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced engineers and founders, with real room for growth and impact.
