Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service
- Help manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown
- Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other channels
- Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations and programs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
