Our trendy client in the footwear and retail space is looking for
Graphic Designer
with a strong background in in-store design for their Visual Merchandising team! This 40 hour a week, 6 month contract role requires working onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities
Design print-ready files for both retail and wholesale channels. Oversee projects from design through production. Create in-store graphics, signage, promotional materials, and 3D elements. Adhere to brand design standards and adapt based on creative brief requests. Translate and adapt designs to various fixture formats for both 2D and 3D. Manage assigned projects to the deadlines and timelines. Work cross-functionally, gather feedback, and make adjustments based on the feedback. Prepare file delivery package, check production elements like dielines, QA, dimensions, specs, and see proof through final feedback. Manage resource allocation, project approvals, project timelines and deadlines, and stakeholder meetings. Upload files, organize, and prepare for final artwork release. Utilize internal asset management filing system to gather assets and materials. Create versions of files based on regional implementation and production. Graphic Designer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. 5+ years' experience in in-store design, ideally with a footwear or apparel brand. Must include portfolio in submission to be considered. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and 3D software like Sketchup. Experience ideally in Asana or other project management tools. Seniority level
