Job Purpose:
Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms and public areas. You will also address clients' queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean, and inviting at all times
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness of the property at all times.
Making beds
Replacing used towels
Sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning Bathrooms
To be well organized.
Refill bathroom amenities
Maintain closet inventory in the building you are scheduled
To cope with bending, lifting, and moving often.
Be careful not to knock over or break anything in the rooms.
To work with people at all levels.
To follow procedures and pay attention to detail.
To work well as part of a team.
Make sure the rooms are ready for 3 PM Arrival
Assists in other areas as directed
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular and timely attendance as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the inn and may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
Comply with The Porches Inn standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
Attend all required meetings
Perform any other duties as requested by the leadership team

Physical:
