Tasks/Responsibilities
Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Effectively and efficiently clean buildings with any of the following: offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, industrial facilities
Reporting any issues noticed out in the field during your shift
Train current/new employees to clean using the proper TLC methods in the field
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. This position does require you to work varying shifts and varying days (including weekend)
3+ year of cleaning experience preferred
Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing floors is a plus
Experience with carpet care is preferred (extracting, shampooing etc)
Must have clean driving record and pass motor vehicle check
Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Successful completion of Background check is required
Effectively communicate in English
Meticulous attention to detail
