Wellist is seeking an accomplished and innovative
Head of New Client Implementations to lead the customization and deployment of our digital platform and resource directory for large employer clients. In this high-impact role, you will drive the success of client programs by crafting tailored solutions, developing robust deployment plans, and implementing engaging communication and activation strategies. As a cross-functional leader, you will work closely with Wellist's support, product, and resource directory teams to create experiences that maximize value for employees while achieving significant cost savings for employers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building scalable operations to support Wellist's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Customization
- Collaborate with clients to tailor the Wellist platform and resource directory to their unique needs and goals.
- Design and execute communication and activation strategies that drive user engagement and platform adoption.
Program Optimization & Value Delivery
- Work with clients to develop programs that enhance employee experience and deliver measurable ROI for employers.
- Implement and refine enrollment tactics, such as email campaigns, staff referrals to maximize conversion rates.
Deployment Planning & Execution
- Develop and oversee comprehensive deployment plans to ensure the successful launch of 2-3 large employer clients per quarter.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute seamless program launches, coordinating interdependencies and resource requirements.
Scalable Operations & Process Improvement
- Create a scalable implementation playbook to streamline operations as Wellist expands.
- Optimize workflows and processes to reduce complexity and minimize costs.
- Define and track KPIs to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Competencies
- Drive high-impact client programs that deliver measurable ROI and client satisfaction.
- Build and manage complex client relationships, engaging senior executives to foster organizational change.
- Lead operational improvements to create scalable, next-generation implementation frameworks.
- Develop and implement client success strategies to support Wellist's growth trajectory.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client implementations, consulting, or program management roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, managing resource-constrained projects.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to implement impactful organizational change.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client relationships and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in HR tech and/or workforce transformation is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, as needed.
