Path Assist is our tech-enabled community health worker program for HRSN utilizing an evidence-based, structured intervention. Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work directly with the People Operations team to champion recruitment efforts and support the organization's talent strategy. This role is critical to identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's growth and strategic goals. As part of the People Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to building an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles, including revenue-generating and client-facing positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing strategies, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the organization's values and culture
- Manage and resolve employee and candidate concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on company-wide initiatives and projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and employee recordsProvide market insights and data to hiring managers to guide talent acquisition strategies
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
- Leverage social media and other platforms to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, using data to continuously improve processes
- Contribute to the refinement of talent acquisition policies, tools, and workflows
- Miscellaneous HR projects and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
- Proven success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across a variety of roles
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to balance competing priorities
- Passionate about creating an inclusive hiring process and supporting DEI initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
- Experience partnering with managers and leaders to drive HR initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse work environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
