eThe Director of Ethics & Compliance will play a pivotal role in designing, enabling, and executing programs related to Evolv's Ethics & Compliance Program. The primary focus of this role will be managing the operational aspects of the Ethics & Compliance Program, including, but not limited to, policy development and management, employee communications and training, process development, project management, partnering with other functions to enable or enhance internal controls, developing and maintaining monitoring and assurance practices for key risk areas, preparation of leadership briefing materials, documenting the program and its accomplishments over time, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
This role requires an individual with extensive experience in Ethics & Compliance and a strong understanding of regulator expectations of an effective compliance program.

is the salary range?The base salary range for this full-time position is $ $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
