Role
We are looking for a
Process Engineer with expertise in
polymer extrusion to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves optimizing production processes, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in plastics, polymers, or packaging industries (excluding medical devices).
- A strong understanding of polymer extrusion and working closely with production equipment.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and actively contribute to day-to-day production activities.
Candidates with
8+ years of experience and
technical leadership skills are highly preferred.
