Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships within your assigned portfolio
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, sales, customer success, or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-first approach
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools
