Job Overview

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. You will play a crucial role in preventing theft, vandalism, and ensuring the overall safety of the premises.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols to ensure security of the premises
Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV cameras
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Enforce property regulations and guidelines
Provide assistance to customers and employees when needed
Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities

Skills

Proficiency in surveillance techniques
Strong conflict management skills
CPR certification preferred
Familiarity with militaristic protocols
Knowledge of CCTV operations
First aid training is a plus
Background in law enforcement or security preferred
Understanding of loss prevention strategies

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
