What You'll Do:

Be the Friendly Face of Trust 1 Services: Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
Coordinate Like a Pro: Efficiently schedule and dispatch our expert technicians to service appointments, keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
Turn Problems into Solutions: Address customer inquiries, service requests, and any challenges that arise with grace and efficiency, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and technician routes, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
