Rubenstein and Associates, P.C., a Metrowest based law firm is currently hiring for an Associate position. We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and communicative associate to join our dynamic legal team. Rubenstein and Associates, P.C. concentrates its practice in residential real estate law, representing individuals, investors, legal entities, and lenders in a broad range of legal issues including buying and selling, relocation services, financing, title examination, and title insurance. Job responsibilities and roles will include, drafting legal documents such as purchase and sales agreements, title commitments, title packages, and more. The associate will also be responsible for reviewing and resolving title matters, providing coverage for sales, purchase, and refinance transactions, providing client updates on files, balancing files, setting up wire transfers, and post-closing assistance as needed. In addition, the opportunity and expectation is for the Associate to create their own network of loan officers, realtors, and other trusted referral sources and professionals working through the existing connections and references of the firm of the tenure of their employment. This Associate position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your legal career while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with real estate software is beneficial, as is other relevant legal experience, and/or a Notary Public, but such are not requirements.

A J.D., or a related field, is required; admission to the Massachusetts bar is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing documents and preparing contract materials.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Compensation is base salary and Commission/ Bonuses will be offered on independently obtained legal representation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
