Job Description:As a Bookkeeper at Revolution Automotive Services, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting our business operations. You will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and reporting, enabling us to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile invoices, payments, and payroll.
Prepare Sales Tax filings, file reports and make payments with the state.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Maintain organized financial files and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Industry experience in automotive repair is a plus, but not required.
Experienced working in an organization that holds multiple companies within its parent company.
