Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? Our fast-paced personal injury law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to ensuring our clients receive the support and guidance they need during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the case process.
Gather and organize essential case documentation, including medical records, bills, and accident reports.
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel as needed.
Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a case manager, paralegal, or similar role in a personal injury law firm is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
Empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients in stressful situations.
Familiarity with personal injury law and procedures is highly preferred.
